The location here is exceptional with a short walk to the lake shore, taxis, and the shores, all the employees are fabulous, and breakfast comes with fabulous food and great views.

I liked the interior of the hotel and also our balcony facing the lake. They have sunbeds and parasols in the garden.
Location-wise it is a bit off. There is really not that much in the area, and you have to drive about 10 km to the nearest city which was lovely by the way. But if you are looking for something quiet and relaxing by the lake this is nice. The ac in our room could have worked a lot better.

The economy room we had was stylish. The views over the lake were lovely. The location seemed stunning and great within walking distance of excellent restaurant. Great service was provided here.

The staff was good. the views of the lake were exceptionally good. - the superior triple room had a mini fridge bar, air conditioning, and a personal safe. - the breakfast was satisfactory. - the location was stunning and exceptional.

Excellent underground secure garage parking. Fantastic location right next to lakeside, very quiet, good for sunbathing and swimming in lake and general relaxation. Great lake views! Need a car to allow good access to local ammenities.

The single room with a large balcony was the best. the electronic key card, work desk, and television in the room were useful. - the staff were pretty friendly and amazingly nice. - the service was VERY GOOD. - the location was particularly good and fab.

Our stay was fantastic, appreciated good breakfasts.
Everything was great, including awesome and fabulous staff. We had room which had a balcony and a safe box and was beautiful and lovely. Our window overlooked the lake.

Very nice hotel on shores of Lake Maggiore. Staff very friendly and efficent. Breakfast excellent. Parking in garage below hotel very good. No Dinner in resturant and we had to go out to eat, as it was wet we would have eaten in hotel if this was possible
Location. Beautiful lakeside location but not much in the local area. Room quite cramped.

The rooms were of an excellent standard. The breakfast buffet was great and the staff were very attentive and always up for a briefing on what was gouing on in the area. Well worth a visit. Good secure underground parking. Great base ofr seeing the area and avoding the crowds in Stresa.
Not aware it was a b&b only. They closed the restaurant 3 years ago. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance of the hotel.
